We reserve the right to take over the exclusive defense of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification under this section. In such event, you shall provide us with such cooperation as is reasonably requested by us.

We provide our services “as is,” and we do not guarantee that it will be available without interruption or error. There may be delays, omissions, interruptions and inaccuracies in the news, information or other materials available through our site. We do not  endorse the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or reliability of any advice, opinion, statement or other such material made available through our site. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions. While we seek to prevent the introduction of viruses or malware, we can’t guarantee their absence and we are not liable for any damages or harm such versus or malware might cause., JSU, and its affiliates, and their directors, officers, managers, employees, shareholders, agents and licensors are not liable for damages of any kind, including lost revenues or profits, loss of business or loss of data, in any way related to our site or for any claim, loss or injury based on errors, omissions, interruptions or other inaccuracies on our site.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Alabama. Any actions or claims brought pursuant to these terms shall be brought in the courts of Calhoun County, Alabama, and you specifically consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

We welcome your participation in discussion forums, where we encourage you to analyze, comment on and even challenge’s articles, reviews and multimedia features. We hope that you will interact with leaders in our campus community, with our student journalists and with other audience members.

In order to keep these experiences enjoyable and interesting for all of our users, we ask that you follow the rules outlined below. By participating in any discussion forums connected to our site, you consent to these rules:
